Thanks to Cindy and Derrick for making this sale possible. We were faced with an overwhelming task of cleaning, sorting, pricing and ya'll didn't run away!!! We are deeply greatful this sale was such a HUGE SUCCESS!!! How many Estates Sales can say they had the PO-PO called on them because the turn out was so GREAT! We enjoyed watching all the people with their new found treasures. We have made so many memories in the past few weeks, that I have stories to tell for a very long time. Derrick Kicklighter

Derrick and his Father founded Old Mill Antiques in 1985. Derrick is a Licensed REALTOR® and Auctioneer.  He is a Trained Sales Professional with 25+ ~REAL~ years of experience in the Estate Sale Business.  Derrick’s forte is furniture, antiques, sales and a love for people!  He is a Top Notch, Friendly Salesperson who can liquidate an estate like you’ve never seen before!

Cindy L. Beamon, CDPE
Cindy has 10+ years experience as a Full-Time Licensed REALTOR® and Broker. She has a passion for sales, people and antiquing.  Her clothing, jewelry, houseware expertise and “not afraid of hard work” attitude compliments our Team!  She holds a BBA in Computer Information Systems and is the marketing arm of our Team! She’s a Friendly & Outgoing Sales Professional!  Cindy is a 2009 Gwinnett Magazine "Best of Gwinnett-REALTOR" Winner.

  
   


Rick Kicklighter
Rick, Derrick’s Brother, is one of the fastest and hardest workers you’ve ever seen. A Master Stager, no doubt! He has an eye for sorting, staging and making your sale look incredibly enticing to potential buyers. Rick’s background includes 15 years as a Commercial Real Estate Lender.  His friendly, easy-going nature make buyers at our sales feel especially welcome!
 

Michael Anderson
Michael has been an integral Team Member with Old Mill Antiques for over 20 years!  He compliments the Team with both deliveries and move-outs.  He also runs the company’s furniture restoration shop.  Michael’s smiling attitude is yet another reason why we taunt ourselves as “The Friendliest Estate Sale Company in Town!”

  
   

Dr. Jerry A. & Bettye Kicklighter
Dr. Jerry Kicklighter and his son, Derrick, are the founders of Old Mill Antiques. He holds a PHd in Business Education and was the former Chairman of the Business and Economics Division of Dekalb Community College.  Dr. Kicklighter was an Educator for 32 years teaching at both Georgia Southern and Georgia State University.  Mrs. Kicklighter holds a Masters Degree in Elementary Education and has lovingly taught elementary school for 25 years.
